At Mist N More, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return

- Go to My Orders
- Click Request Return next to the item
- Select a reason
- Submit
No forms to print or fill out. Returns work just like placing an order — simple, fast, and online.
Return Conditions
- Bottle must be unused and in original packaging
- All original items must be returned
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Because your original order price already includes free shipping, when an item is returned we incur costs for: product inspection, repacking into sellable condition, and shipping costs originally absorbed by us. The 20% restocking fee helps us cover these expenses fairly.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method where possible.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: we will contact you to collect your bank account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa details.
- Shipping cost (built into our prices) is non-refundable.
- Processing time: 7 working days after we receive the return.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost to you — including shipping.
