We want you to love every fragrance you order from Mist N More.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and product. We will replace it free of charge.

Exchanges

Unopened and unused perfumes in their original packaging and seal can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The customer covers the return delivery charge for exchanges that are not due to a fault on our side.

What cannot be returned

• Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or used
• Testers and sale items, unless they arrive damaged
• Items returned after the time limits above

How to request an exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number.
2. Our team will confirm and arrange collection or share the return address.
3. Once we receive and check the item, your replacement is dispatched.
